As the name implies Murphy's law applied here. Three weeks ago our a/c went down due to a leak in the coolant lines. No problem just pull through a new line charge it up and all good. Not when your are two doors in on the second floor of a three story condo. The long and short of it is we had three companies come out unable to find a solution. The 4th call was to A.C.E. and within a short period of time the problem was diagnosed, a plan was developed and executed. Kem was deft in his ability to navigate the neighbors concerns and most importantly the condo association, he is now the hero of building nine.
