Had a noisy fan motor and during a routine maintenance call, the fan was under warranty and replaced same day. A perfect experience. Thanks ACE!!

As the name implies Murphy's law applied here. Three weeks ago our a/c went down due to a leak in the coolant lines. No problem just pull through a new line charge it up and all good. Not when your are two doors in on the second floor of a three story condo. The long and short of it is we had three companies come out unable to find a solution. The 4th call was to A.C.E. and within a short period of time the problem was diagnosed, a plan was developed and executed. Kem was deft in his ability to navigate the neighbors concerns and most importantly the condo association, he is now the hero of building nine. Without question we recommend the A.C.E. team for any of your HVAC needs!

My A/C broke in the middle of the night leaving my house a balmy 81 degrees when I woke up in the morning. Circuit breaker was tripped and when I flipped it back, same thing, just tripped again. I called ACE at 7:30 that morning and they had a technician out at 9AM. By 9:30 they had replaced the part, inspected the rest of the system and my house was back to a crisp 73 degrees. Great service and professionalism.
